1. How to Submit a Complaint

Send your complaint to complaints@undressing.org including:

  • your account email
  • description of the issue
  • screenshots or proof (if relevant)

2. Resolution Process

  • We acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours
  • Investigation time: 1–5 business days
  • You will receive a written response with the outcome

3. Types of Complaints We Handle

  • billing errors
  • unauthorized charges
  • content misuse
  • account access issues
  • technical problems
  • policy violations

4. Escalation

If you are unsatisfied, the complaint is escalated to a senior reviewer.
