1. How to Submit a Complaint
Send your complaint to complaints@undressing.org including:
- your account email
- description of the issue
- screenshots or proof (if relevant)
2. Resolution Process
- We acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours
- Investigation time: 1–5 business days
- You will receive a written response with the outcome
3. Types of Complaints We Handle
- billing errors
- unauthorized charges
- content misuse
- account access issues
- technical problems
- policy violations
4. Escalation
If you are unsatisfied, the complaint is escalated to a senior reviewer.
